HIGH DENSITY LIVING IN PALO ALTO
The project is a complex of three, four and five stories buildings over a concrete podium with garage and services on a lot in Palo Alto, California. The complex house 300 apartments surrounding three court yards. It was not proposed to be green certified but it was designed with the goal to exceed at least by 20% the standards of California Title 21.
I was Designer and Job Captain from feasibility studies to Schematic Design and 50% Design Development when the developer stopped work on it. We later worked on other residential project on the same lot and same client, but different density requirements and theme.
